careerQ is a full-featured job portal that connects job seekers with hiring companies. It facilitates recruiter onboarding, vacancy publishing, resume uploading, and dynamic job application pipelines. The system features customized dashboards for recruiters and candidates, showcasing real-time alerts and visual hiring pipelines.

Technical Architecture
careerQ is built with React and Vite for a fast, responsive frontend, while the backend uses Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and Sequelize ORM for scalable REST APIs and database management. Clerk handles authentication, React Hook Form and Zod provide robust form validation, and uploaded resumes are securely stored for recruiter access.
